Our East Dean Surgery will close on Friday 17 May 2024
Effective from Friday, 17th May 2024, our East Dean surgery will be merging with our other St Anne’s Surgeries. This decision comes as a result of the limited operating hours at East Dean, which are currently one hour a day, four times a week. This limited schedule has proven to be unsustainable for providing comprehensive veterinary care to our clients and their pets.
By consolidating our sites, we will be able to offer better opening hours and improve accessibility to our services, offering greater flexibility in scheduling appointments and accessing veterinary care when you need it most.
All registered clients of our East Dean Surgery will be able to visit any of our other branches, ensuring uninterrupted access to our services. You will have the option to choose from any of our other locations within St Anne’s:

Rest assured, our dedicated team at St Anne’s is fully prepared to continue delivering the same level of expertise and support. Your pets’ records will be readily accessible, and you will receive consistent care from our experienced team.
Our Langney and Willingdon branches are open five days a week, while our St Anne’s Surgery will be open 6 days a week to better serve your needs. For those unable to visit our clinics, we will also continue to offer a home visit service and a twice-weekly delivery service for medications and pet food.
For the twice weekly delivery service of medication and food, we ask that you contact us with 48 hours’ notice and we will look to deliver this between Monday - Friday 2.00pm-3.30pm. You can also collect prescriptions and medication from any of our other branches. Please gives us a call to arrange a suitable collection option.
For any ongoing treatments and appointments, we encourage you to book online or contact your preferred branch directly.
