From Monday 10 October through to Monday 7 November 2022, all our branches will undergo some important IT system updates.
Throughout this time, we will have limited access to our computer systems and the time taken to process prescriptions will be slightly longer than the normal service we provide. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes in advance.
From Monday the 31 October to Wednesday 2 November, we will not have access to any of our computer systems and therefore will only be seeing emergencies. If you require a repeat prescription for your pet throughout this week, ensure you submit your request by 5pm on Wednesday 26 October 2022.
