Client Care Manager

I started at St. Anne's as a receptionist June 2014 after 20 years flying. My flying career began with Air 2000 who merged with First Choice and then Thomson, starting as cabin crew and later a performance manager. Being in a ground role was a complete change but it's the best decision I could have made. I work with a great bunch of people who have passion and kindness. We are all slightly mad which helps us deal with some interesting and difficult days. I have changed my role to client care manager which is both varied and often challenging.

At home I live with my hubby Andre and my children Caden and Esme who are 6 and 7 years old. Our cat Honey and dog Pippa are cared for by the St. Anne's team and couldn't be in better hands. I feel very proud to work at St. Anne's and we'll be striving to beat being the 2rd best vets in the UK.
